By accessing or using Auralust.chat (“Auralust”, “the Service”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.
Auralust provides access to AI-powered companion chat and related features through a subscription and digital-token model. Free accounts receive a limited number of complimentary messages. Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited messaging, photo generation, and full access to all companions. Digital tokens, where applicable, are non-transferable, non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy, and expire upon termination of your subscription.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate content that exploits or harms minors, or to attempt to reverse- engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Charges are processed securely by our authorized payment processor, CCBill. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All billing descriptors and dispute procedures are governed by CCBill’s terms and our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Unused tokens or subscription time is not refundable except where required by law.
Auralust.chat, including its software, design, characters, branding, and content, is owned by PROXME LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. © 2026 PROXME LLC.
