When you create an Auralust account we collect your email address and a password (stored as a hashed value). We also collect the messages you send to companions, companion preferences, and subscription status. Payment information is handled entirely by our processor, CCBill, and is never stored on our servers.
We use your information to provide the companion chat experience, generate AI responses and images, maintain your conversation history, process subscription access, and prevent abuse of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service — including CCBill (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and AI model providers used to generate chat and image content. Each provider is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your conversation history and companion data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support.
The Service is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
