Auralust provides digital companion services, including AI chat, photo generation, and access to companion content. Because these are digital goods consumed upon use, refund eligibility differs from physical products and is described below.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling does not refund the current period’s charge.
Refund requests for subscription charges are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days of a charge if you have not materially used the premium services during that billing period. Refund decisions are made at our discretion and processed through CCBill in accordance with their dispute and chargeback procedures.
Where digital tokens are granted (including complimentary free-trial tokens), they carry no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Unused tokens are not refundable and expire when the associated subscription or account is terminated.
To request a refund, contact our support team through the Service with your account email and the charge date. Refunds, when approved, are credited back to the original payment method via CCBill and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
We encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to use CCBill-serviced sites in the future.
